My Journey
Before I tell my story, I want to say a HUGE thank you to the people that got me to where I am today. Without you I wouldn't be here sharing this with everyone around the world.
My name is George Saouma, and all my life I have struggled with my health. From a young age I suffered Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and all throughout my childhood, even through my adult years, according to my doctors, they said I was always borderline overweight for my age and height.
I tried many diets, supplements and meal replacements, in conjunction with an active and busy lifestyle, but nothing ever worked for me. My self-esteem was always low because I was always ashamed of how my body looked... But that has all changed thanks to this 8 Week Challenge. When it was first presented to me I honestly thought that it was like all the other health gimmicks out there. But when I saw just how many peoples lives were impacted and the AMAZING results that came of their 8 week challenges, I knew there was more to it than my initial thoughts.
So I started the 8 Week Challenge on the Go Green & Best Body Sets, as I really wanted to commit to this challenge and see just how far my body would take me. Within my first 24/48 Hours I could feel these products were already taking effect! Each morning started with a Berry Blast + Super Green + Fibre with 300ml of water, this was my morning Pre Workout and honestly, I couldn't EVER use any other preworkout again. The amount of energy you get from this is incredible! And it lasts for hours! Even after a big workout in the gym.
Mid-Morning I will have a YOR SHAKE CHOCOLATE / VANILLA, either is great, but together is almost a Nutella Flavour :P Can’t buy that anywhere! And a Yor Repair Ultra to repair my muscles after the workouts + 2 Vitamins to nourish the body with all the minerals, nutrients and enzymes my body needs.
After lunch I will have the 2 x Digest Ultras + 2 x Vitamins to keep my body nourished throughout the day, but to also break down my food so im not bloated!
Before Bed time I will have a Pro Biotic x 1 and a Yor Super Green Shake, to completely flush the bad nutrients & fill my body with all the minerals and enzymes my body needs whilst im asleep.
It is truly evident to see that this product line does work. It has changed my outlook on life, it’s given me more confidence than ever before, I’ve got a body that I honestly thought I’d never have, my self-esteem is through the roof! But most importantly, its made me believe in myself and be able to share this amazing product with others too. I cannot explain what this has done for me, I honestly think everyone should give the 8 week challenge a go, what you will experience will honestly blow your mind. I will continue to use the YOR HEALTH products for the rest of my life, because I TRULY believe that this is the best product in the world!
