Where to start describing something, what I was so skeptical about at the beginning and what becomes my super boost of life style at the end ?

Nutrition always been one of the things I really enjoyed studying. I have tried variety of diets from vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, paleo, warrior diet etc. Still I cannot say, what works the best, there is always plus and minus going alone with each. Generally speaking, raw vegan diet gave me the best satisfaction so far, however there was always a big challenge next to it. It was a fact that I had to spend good 1-2 hours a day - shopping fresh vegetables and fruits, preparing my juices, salads etc. It worked, but it cost enormous amount of time.

As I am always interested in new things, when I came across YOR products, I said, even I don’t believe in supplements, I will try and see, how my body respond and according to that, I will make a final call. The best experience we can have is our own.

I bought myself Green package. I had a Greens and Fiber straight in the morning as my first drink of the day. Berry blast drink every time I wanted to reward my self with bit of extra energy. With every cooked meal I had a digestive enzymes and essential vitamins and before I went to bed I took repair enzymes and probiotics. I did not change my regular diet, which was already pretty healthy; mostly vegetarian, every noun and then I had a fish or a small piece of meat. So I was thinking, how can few supplements make a difference to my already quiet healthy life style and diet?

First 14 days, all I felt was pretty much being bloated and didn’t feel much a difference. Funny was what happens after. Around a month time I felt that I am having way more energy, my stomach starts to go flat, going to toilet no.2 “never” been so regular and easy. I felt happier about my self, I slept better and my moods seemed to be more positive. I just felt way more happy ?

I am addicted to life I have now, I exercise way more than I ever did, I found great friends from YOR society, I feel great about my self, my body results and better version of my self. I lost 6% of my body fat, so over all I lost about 5Kg pure Fat?
I am strong believer, that “What we can dream it, we can do it” and since I have my new YOR health life style, I am going to keep dreaming and being the best I can be ?
