My name is Danny Chau, I'm from Quincy, MA.
Growing up I had health problems so I was very weak physically. In middle school I decided that I wanted to become stronger so I started taking on sports.

One of the easiest ways I thought I could start was by running. I was one of the last kids to finish in track and cross country, but year by year I kept pushing myself and gradually got stronger and stronger. I ended up being one of the fastest kids for my school. And I kept pushing myself and my body since then, till even now.

But like all of us, we fall off from our good habits.. I recently fell off for a few months, just going through the motion, skipping days at the gym. Not doing the things I knew I was suppose to do. I didn't feel good about myself, no motivation and low energy.

Personally, I always lacked energy, because I ate horribly. My diet was terrible, I was always tired. I had some physical results but internally I wasn't healthy. And what attracted me to the challenge and product line was that they got to the root of the problem which was in making it simple for us and taking care of our nutrition. Today, the average person doesn't get enough nutrition from their diet alone and I knew I wasn't either.

That's why I knew I had to start the 8 week challenge. The beauty of the challenge is that it helps us create healthily habits. We all know how hard it is to get back into the swing of things but thanks to the product line they helped jump start and kept me motivated throughout my 8 weeks.

I knew I wasn't doing the right things when I saw my before pictures. I made the decision then to take my challenge seriously. The next 8 weeks, I pushed and worked hard. I broke personal records, my performance and endurance all went through the roof. I never felt stronger than I have today.

I believe health affects every area of our life. Our energy and vitality, how we feel, our attitude and way we are with others, the way we are with ourselves. I know how it feels to be weak and how it feels like to lack energy, and not feel good about myself.
