Beginning of the 8weeks challenge, I weigh in at 210lbs and at the end of my challenge I'm at 185lbs. The total weight lose of 15lbs. I plateau and start losing inches instead. I went from a size 38 waist to size 33 waist. It has been an amazing journey for me so far.

When I met my wife,I was in my best shape weighing at 175lbs with a tone muscular body. Four years later, I let myself go and become comfortable and did not watch what I was consuming into my body. By this time I was at 230lbs. I started to have health issues. My doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure and Gout. He had me on three different types of high blood pressure medication and two different types of medication for my acute Gout attack.

A few months back, I told myself I need to do something about my health. My wife encourage me to go with her and join the local gym. I started to change my diet, workout more and got rid of the sodas I consumed in a daily basis. I went from 230lbs to 210lbs. It was hard to meet my target goal. The weight was on and off and it was hard to maintain a steady weight. One of my friend introduce my wife and I to this product but was not convince until I see people I know using the product losing weight. I was determined the shred of the unwanted weight.

When I started using the product for two weeks, I notice a difference. I rest better and waking up with more energy. I notice my stubborn fat belly starting to go down in size. I notice my high blood pressure went down and I do not get frequent Gout attacks.

Everyday after work, my wife and I would go workout for an hour or more to maintain our goal. I go 5 days out of the week including weekends to workout. Now, I have more confidents in myself. To kickoff my morning, I would consume 1 scoop Yor protein mix with super green and fiber.

During this 8 weeks challenge, I know I have not met the target weight I set aside for me. I am happy where I am currently at. Now, I can look good for my wedding.
