Hi all YOR Buddies,

My name is Romy, 25, looking for a lifelong - healthy - balance.

I would like to share with you more than just a weight loss (72kg -> 69kg) testimonial; moreover, a mind shift "back" and "forward".

Last year, I was there before - having great results after a challenge, feeling great, improving my life every second.

I don't know what changed but something did; I started to question YOR Health Products and started to do my old habits, letting the little devil in my mind overcome my commitment and take the lead.

Accordingly, I stopped using the products regularly. First, I was "forgetting" about YOR Probiotics, then not having my pillbox with YOR Digest Ultra and YOR Vitamins. My diet was junk food, bakery and mainly meat (as I was working at a butcher) and this wasn't really a very healthy combination. This resulted in my constant overeating and feeling like a rubbish bin again. That I was getting fat that was visible enough but what's worse, is that my emotional and mental health started to be affected. I was getting really frustrated and depressed. My moods were changing like seconds and I was simply angry and grumpy. This isn't an appealing combination for a young chick, guys. - nor for me. I don't know how I could live like that for so long (couple of months) - I don't understand it!

Finally, the time came when I started to have clothing limitations - that was basically the last alarm ringing and I didn't snooze but entered another challenge!

My routine is very simple - get on the products again :) and use them every day. Mainly stopped drinking beer - I changed it to red wine though and when going to "all you can eat", have a YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Vitamins with me.

My breakfast:

1 spoon YOR Supergreens
1 spoon YOR Shake
2 spoons YOR Fiber
1 banana
1 pear/avocado

Next, I added a little bit movement to my life. Going off the bus one bus stop earlier is a great start. Adding training on the stairs and running the Coogee beach 3x/week is a nice progress that is easily manageable and achievable with a pre - Workout YOR Berryblast that I sometimes like to mix with YOR Supergreens too.

Despite this, I didn't really limited myself to have chocolate or some other treat, moreover I started being mindful what I put into my mouth as I don't want to be a YOYO toy all my life.

Most important is that I "re-gained" my lost belief in YOR Products and made a decision - NEVER EVER going BACK again, only FORWARD and that with yor help ;)
