I want to start by saying thank you to Yor Health for this great product and for the opportunity we get in the 8 week body challenge.

My name is Edgar Diaz, and I am 24 years old. I've always been into sports and in high school I always saw the kids who were bigger and more muscular than me and i always wanted to be in shape and have huge muscles! I tried many different products throughout high school as well as college. There was no words that could describe how amazed I was when I found Yor Health not only did I immediately see results but also felt an incredible change in my body. I have never felt and looked so healthy in my life before. I'm thankful that I was introduced to such an amazing product at such a young age.


For my routing i would wake up in the morning and immediately take a repair ultra and a probiotic, then I would get ready for work and make my morning shake with 2 scoops of Yor Shake and 1 scoop of fiber plus I would take 2 vitamin capsules and 1 complete burn.

For my lunch I would take prep food or would buy the most healthiest meal I could find, tuna, sandwich, salad and take 1 Yor Digest Ultra, 2 Essential vitamins and after my meal I would take another Yor Complete Burn.

As a Snack I take a 1 scoop of SuperGreens with Yor Berry Blast, it's the most delicious drink snack I've ever had I have all my friends hooked on it too.

After getting of work i would get ready to Workout and make a Yor Muscle Energy shake with 2 scoops water and ice and blend it, after my work out depending on what type of meal I would have for dinner, I would add a 1 scoop shake of Yor Muscle Energy to help the recovery process

For my dinner I would eat turky, stake, chicken,fish or eggs with salad or vegetables. I would try to avoid pastas, breads or any carbs. With that I would take religiously 1 Yor Digest Ultra and my 2 Essential Vitamins

Right before bed i would take 1 Yor Repair Ultra

Lastly, I want to share how glad I am to be part of this great community of people and extremely happy with the results of the Yor Health products. It's a great feeling to see results and to achieve goals. I feel like a different person inside and out.
