Well, where should I begin? Let me first introduce myself. My name is Jaimy and I’m currently 22 years old. Ever since I was young I’ve been doing sports. I join a soccer club and walk a few miles now and then, but I’d never lift any weights. So I started visiting the gym with a friend. I went in thinking, ok, I’m going to get more weight put on me and grow big. And so that happened, I started to see more muscle building up, but I just gained a few pounds after a year. I think the main reason for that is the bad relationship between exercising and partying. Alcohol and bad food aren’t helping to gain lean muscle mass. But discipline is what I’m known for, so I may come in handy later on.
I wasn’t until I began this very challenge that I began putting on weight. It was a chance to gain a reasonable amount of lean muscle mass in two months. I set my first goal to see the gym three times a week (even though my plan consisted of a split-scheme, which means four training days). My second goal was the ‘gaining-weight’ part. I set my final weight at 167 ibs, which means I have to gain 8 pounds. Remember, my goal is gaining LEAN MUSCLE mass, not just any mass.
