I must first give thanks to God for helping me through this 8-week challenge as I’ve faced challenges beyond the 8-week challenge. After returning to Sydney from America, I basically lived out of a suitcase for 2 weeks and moved 6 times until I recently found a comfortable place to live. These challenges didn’t stop me from remaining committed to my goal to be in my best shape ever. Honestly, the products really helped me throughout the journey. The Super Greens, Berry Blast and Fiber Plus combo – my favorite – gave me a fulfilling boost during early mornings for several hours. During workout days (3 to 5x a week), I would start with the combo, 2 essential vitamins, and a probiotic (I didn’t eat a meal in the morning for the first 2 weeks to burn fat faster). Post-workout, I would immediately drink a chocolate meal replacement shake with water. An hour afterwards, I would eat a big lunch, take 2 more essential vitamins, and take a Digest Ultra to help breakdown the heavy meat. I didn’t feel bloated and lazy afterwards as it helped my body use less energy during digestion. Next, I would drink my favorite combo again with a healthy snack (i.e., mixed nuts). This helped me coast at an alert and energized level during midday to evening. If I felt hungry, I would drink another meal replacement shake about an hour after drinking the combo. Lastly, I would eat a light dinner that included fish or chicken with a couple servings of veggies. Nonetheless, I had my days of eating some really tasty food. For instance, I had a birthday during the challenge so of course I planned on pleasing myself lol. However, in the event of having “cheat days”, I made up for it in the gym the next day. Honestly, I would suggest this approach to anyone as we should made our health a top priority, but I think that it’s ok to enjoy tasty food within moderation.
Overall, I am very pleased with the YOR Health product-line and my results – I started at 82.5kg (181.5pounds) and now at 75.3kg (165.6pounds). I am grateful for the products and being apart of this challenge. I’ll be loyal to the products for as long as the company is around. I would suggest anyone to try the products, as I am confident that majority would like them, see and feel the benefits. I would also suggest taking on the 8-week challenge. I really feel amazing and believe that the challenge has helped me put my health near the top of priorities in life. Without our health being in peak condition, we prohibit ourselves from living and performing in peak condition as we aim to serve our purpose in every field of human endeavor.
