Hey guys I'd just like to say that this is my 6th 8 week challenge attempt but the first one that I've completed, I'd really love to inspire someone with my story so I hope it gets through to somebody out there, I've been on the whole YOR Heath product line for over a year now and since I started I've never looked better or felt better than ever before, my body has really thanked me for it.

The only thing of mine that needed work was my mindset, I've always been an on again off again exerciser and could never really stay motivated (hence the failed 5 attempts) and at the same time my diet was very average at the time so even though i felt healthy on the inside, in my eyes at least i didn't look like it on the outside and i was clocking the scale at about 96-97kgs

Then 3 months ago my cousin and god brother unexpectedly and tragically passed from a heart attack... He was 24, we grew up together and used to exercise together all the time, I looked up to him and all he ever wanted was the best for me and his brother.

When he died I was crushed I still am but before he left he taught me a valuable lesson, life is so short so you need to live it as best as you can every single day, live your happiest and live your healthiest because you never know when it could end.

While I was working on my body these past weeks the YOR health products have been a godsend for me, my favourites would have to be the super greens and the repair ultra, all of the products are amazing and play a part in your over all health but the greens would make me feel so good every morning that I couldn't help but be motivated and hit the gym every day and the repair ultra helped my muscles recover at their best so I could go back and hit it harder and harder every day!

With the help of my YOR health products and the memory of my cousin I've been able to hit my goal of 90kgs while being able to increase my strength and muscle tone!! I couldn't be happier with my results!! We are half way to summer here in Australia so you can count on seeing me again in another 8 weeks ??
