I was introduced to your health last year thru a friend and did not know making a payment for supplements would change my life!
I've always been a working man with a big family which did not leave a lot of me time (which I am not sad about I love my family to pieces) for self awareness but with everyone grown up and now doing things I want in life.. I started to see things in myself that I wanted to become & being 52yrs old you forget that there is still more to life. I met Jon who had been introduced to "yor health" which I immediately became fascinated, He spoke to me about how life is always worth living and that life begins when you decide that you are not measured by your age, looks or weight... "You've got a heart beat" he would say. Hearing this from a a 20yr old I thought "your mad", but believed that motivation behind his words & genuine spirit which pushed thru my own barriers and self doubts which I hindered until we met. He made me a program (I didn't not know how to use the app hahaha) which seemed so simple I did not believe that by having a shake instead of not eating lunch or a "super green" with my morning orange juice would make a difference...

WAS I WRONG!, I am a builder which keeps me on site & very busy I did not see Jonathan (Jay as I called him) for 2months from when I started and did I have news for him!
"I went to my routine doctors appointment and he told me I had lost 9KGS which was huge! I couldn't believe it & I don't go to a gym.. Beer & wine is my work out".
Seeing his reaction and to a glow which he said the supper greens where doing & only not seeing each other for 2 months... A 24yr old impressed & said I had a glow, wow.. This is new!!!! I couldn't believe it but the look on his face I could tell something had changed.

This motivation is when the ball really started rolling. My daughter wanted to change gyms (fate) and said I would take on her membership, Jon showed me some great sliming tools especially this one where you lay down and do crunches throwing a medicine ball up (ouch) & how to make a routine to mould/trim & cut that pinch skin feeling YUKK!
