I recently completed the 8 Week Challenge while using YORHealth products. I weighed 93kg when I started and now weigh 88.3kg, with a massive amount of fat loss and a lot of muscle gained :)

I was used the Sculpt Pack for the first 4 weeks then used the Go Green Pack for the last 4 weeks of the 8 week challenge, which both packs tasted great! I would have to say the refreshing taste of the Berry Blast was my favourite! The Repair Ultra tablets were a close second, these tablets kept my body good to go for the next day, pushing my body to limits that I have not experienced before!!!

My exercise routine was nothing out of the ordinary and I did not add more sessions into my routine, however, I did find that my energy and concentration levels were though the roof when I was conducting an exercise! My skin cleared up and my nails are cleaner. I did resistance training 4 times a week and Cardio training 2-3 times a week.

Four months ago, I fell extremely ill with pneumonia, which put me out of action for two months. I was extremely fit before I fell ill and not being able to train of eight weeks, also being bed ridden; I starting to lose all my muscle definition and pile on the fat and kilograms. Getting in an almost depressed state, I knew I needed to use something to help get me back onto my feet.

The YORHealth 8 week challenge has really helped me to get my health back on track. Just what I needed. My motivation and confidence is at a all time high after using the products for a few weeks. The products keep on surprising me with the way it looks, feels and performs. I have never felt so great in my life.

It is amazing how good our bodies can feel, if we use the right 'fuel' to fuel them. YORHealth product is the premium fuel, we need to use for our bodies to ensure our bodies function right and perform at 100% everyday. Not being bloated and feeling lethargic because of the fuel that YORHealth has produced, has definitely made me understand what the products can do!

I want to be the example of what happens when you follow your heart and never give up. People will always 'hate' what they don't understand, but if I can educate, show and help one person with my story, with what I believe are truly the best products with YORHealth, then I know I will help someone change their life for the better!

I will enter the YORHealth 8 Weeks Challenge again for sure, there is no doubt about it! But, my number one goal is to be on stage and winning in October at the annual YORHealth event on the Gold Coast, Australia. YORHealth has provided me a tool to get to my goal, I am going to pay the favour back to YORHealth by winning the event :))
