From my photos you may be able to see that the YOR health products have helped me to transform my body, however, there is a lot more than meets the eye. Just by combining the YOR Health products with my usual diet and exercise, my life has been positively impacted in so many ways.

The YOR Health products are created on the bases of good nutrition. From this, I feel so much better because my body is now getting a lot more nutrients and I no longer feel queasy after eating food as the products aid in digestion. People have also commented and questioned how I have so much energy and my answer is… Berry Blast! During my challenge, I ordered YOR Repair Ultra hoping that just maybe, it could heal my back and guess what... it did! Now I no longer have a sore back and I can do so much more! Good nutrition will enhance one’s performance which I found out first hand as I obtained my best results for a semester so far and I certainly think the products helped me to achieve that.

I love the products so much that I became a promoter to share the goodness and to help people live healthier, happier lives. Since becoming a promoter, I have been taught how to overcome negative thoughts, inspired to think bigger and have been given me a new hope. Being a part of the business side of things has also helped me financially.

With the YOR Health products, the quality of my life has definitely been improved through my body transformation by looking, feeling, thinking and just generally being better than the day before.

When I started taking the YOR products I weighed 58kg, 55kg when I started the challenge and now I weigh 54kg. I know it isn't a huge difference in weight but I definitely think the composition of my muscle to fat ratio has improved because my clothes are looser and I am more toned.

While rushing to get ready for uni or placement in the mornings, I had an Ultra Repair tablet upon rising and then a YOR Shake a little while after, my SuperGreens with Berry Blast in the afternoon or just the Berry Blast before my soccer games in the evening.

Now I know and so do the people around me that my transformation was purely from using the YOR Products because my usual diet (which is quite healthy) and exercise (riding to uni most days – approx. 30 minutes return, playing soccer once a week, walking for an hour with a friend each week, etc.) was kept the same. However, my next goal is to take my healthy eating and exercise to the next level in company of these products to see all that I can achieve but I hope that I have encouraged some people through my testimony.
