If you had told me 8 weeks ago that I would get into my best body, I would have laughed at you like that smirk I had in my before photo. I had one of the worst diet and eating habits ever. My daily routine included grabbing energy drinks, coffee, and a Mcmuffin or pastry on the way to school and another one right before work. These bad habits developed into digestive issues, bad skin, low energy level, and feeling sluggish all the time. To make things worst, my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer and seeing him battle this disease put me in one of the darkest point of my life. To cope, I began binge eating and drinking. My body suffered tremendously, my confidence and self esteem disappeared, and I didn't like who I was becoming. Eventually it led to a severe stomach issue due to the unhealthy lifestyle and that was when I decided to make a change.
Being in the 8 week challenge and using the new thermoslim regimen, it made getting into a healthy lifestyle and into my best body so simple and easier than I had thought. I noticed I stopped spending money on junk food and replaced it with the YOR Health product line. I used the complete YOR Health product line. But my favorite product was the YOR shake, YOR supergreens, YOR digest ultra and especially the YOR super slim. I took the shake as a meal replacement and a post workout protein source. I took the YOR Digestive Enzymes with every meal to ensure complete nutrition absorption and the YOR super slim helped with the cravings. My workout regimen included an hour workout every other day. I followed the workout plans suggested in the thermo slim program as well a combination of HITT workout and resistant workout.
The 8 week challenge completely transformed my health and the way I view health and about myself. During the challenge, I dropped my bad eating habits at night and was eager to wake up early in the morning for my workouts. During the 8 week challenge, I dropped 15 pounds and gained 3 pounds of muscle mass. I now have more energy, better skin and digestion, and on top of that a new sense of confidence for myself. I remember waking up on the day to take my after photo and was shocked to see what I had accomplish within 8 weeks. To see the definition and abs in the mirror was a dream come true. It has always been one of my health goals to achieve a beach body. I feel more confident, comfortable in my own skin, and excited every day that I nourish my body with good nutrition.
