I started the YOR Health Body Challenge to help me achieve my goals but mostly to feel better and have more energy.

As a single working mother with a 4 year old, I am on the go non-stop, between work, day-care, swimming lessons, general day to day activities, house work , as well as fitting my own gym time in.

I was feeling extremely tired, and although eating generally healthy and regular gym sessions, I was stuck.. is the best way to describe it, Emotionally and physically drained.

Something had to give; I had previously tried a number of difference cleanses and diets that left me with no energy, and/or proved to be just a short team quick fix. It was time to try YOR Health, after putting it off for months- I ordered my starter pack of YOR Health Products, YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Super Greens, YOR Fibre, YOR Berry Blast, YOR Essential Vitamin, YOR Probiotics Ultra & YOR Shake.
Slightly skeptical, I was willing to give YOR Health 100% for my own health. I had my products each day, starting with a YOR Probiotics when I woke up with YOR Essential Vitamin, followed by a YOR Berry Blast mixed with Super Green in Cold Water, after about an hour on busy mornings I would have a YOR Shake for Breakfast. Lunch I would have a YOR Digest Ultra as lunch would normally be my most nutritionist meal of the day, followed by 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. Around 3pm in the afternoon when I started to feel tired or needed an extra boost I would have a Berry Blast in ice cold water – so refreshing and just what I needed. Dinner I would normally have a light healthy meal or if I had a late work out, a YOR Shake. Keeping in mind I do snack during the day, protein balls, fruit, tuna just to give you an example.

I was able to work out approximately 4 times a week, which is standard for me, only difference over the 8 weeks was adding YOR Health products into the mix!
Results, I am feeling amazing, the last few weeks saw many of my friends and family come to with the flu which stuck around for 2-3 weeks, yes I ended up catching it but was shocked when all symptoms were gone in less than 72 hours!!

Body Results, I have lost 3kgs Kilos and 15cms measuring just my waist, right thigh and chest.. I am happy with the results, and will keep going with YOR health products.
