Hi! My name is Ivett and I’m 43 years old. More than two years ago I stopped exercising, I was not eating healthy and I worked in front of a computer 8-9 hours a day in what is become a stressful job due to budget/positions cuts (I’ve worked for the school district since‘03). I lived with chronic exhaustion, depression and reached my heaviest weight of over 140 pounds. After speaking with a friend, who is a highly qualified personal trainer, about YOR Health and after checking out the products, he actually told me that they are the best he has ever seen and decided to be part of YOR Health. That, and all the support from the company motivated me to join YOR Best Body and the YOR Family 8 weeks ago! Today, my weight is 119 pounds and I feel better than ever!

Some of the first things I noticed was that my energy increased, my digestion improved, my clothes started to fit better, my body started to change in a positive direction; I feel awesome and my self-esteem and joy for life keeps growing and are stronger than ever. People around me started to tell me that I look better, happier, healthier. All within the first two weeks!!!
I am very happy to have found convenient options to take care of my health and body. I have friends who spend a lot of time, money and effort trying to eat healthy. To be honest, I was not the most consistent person when it comes to programs and discipline. But, with YOR, I am making a lot of progress, really, I’m improving in that area, TOO!!! This is how I am becoming a better me:

1) I decided, for the first time in my life, to get personal training. Sometimes once or twice per week. It is a great decision to invest in ourselves! The other days, I exercise with my fiancé or with my closest friends. I feel proud of myself for being a good influence. 0:)
2) I take the product every day. Actually have product both at home and work. Monday through Friday, I make chocolate shakes with water. When at home, vanilla shakes with almond milk, soy milk or lactose free milk. I get creative at home; adding berries, granola, bananas, apples, etc. I also take the Probiotics, Repair, Fiber, Super Greens, and Super Slim.
3) When my energy is low, usually at 1 or 2pm, and it’s hard for me to concentrate, the awesome YOR Berry Blast comes to the rescue. After taking it, I feel fresh, focused and energized!
4) Surround myself with positive people. Luckily, also found in the YOR community.


YOR’s platform is incredible and is for everyone!! I feel motivated and excited to continue challenging myself. My goal is to really have MY BEST BODY. I think is possible to be an Annual Champion at any age!!! J Thank you for your support and vote.
