I don't really know what people write in these things so ill just go with what comes naturally.
I use to think being healthy was all about being in shape.... it's much more than that!
It's about feeling so great you just want to smile all the time,
It's about having that clear sharp mindset
It's about sharing and wanting to be around others
It's about freedom, abundance and happiness that comes with feeling healthy
And that's exactly what YOR Health has given me.
I use to just work, go to gym 5 nights, study, and then not want to do anything else but sleep because I was tired.
I thought this was normal to feel tired and exhausted. But after taking the products I now realise how good your body is meant to feel! Vibrant and energized. I want everyone to feel like this!! :)
This is what I used..
Morning : Repair and Probiotics
Breakfast: YOR shake
Snack: YOR Supergreens with YOR fibre and a berry blast for that extra kick and sweetness.
Lunch: Digest ultra with my meal and YOR vitamins
Snack: YOR shake or even more greens in a fruit smoothie I'd make.
Dinner: digest ultra with my meal
Snack: Chocolate is my weakness so I'd have another shake. They really helped me with cravings and feeling fuller for longer :)
( when I didn't have my super greens I could really tell the difference)
My 8 week challenge has now come to an end and not only do I look different I feel different. Everyone says so too! :)
I had no idea how filthy my digestive system was. I thought I ate healthy. I really did. But I learnt more about nutrition/alkalising/enzymes etc.. In a 45min yorhealth product presentation than I probably will by the end of my 3-4 year nutrition course at Uni.
After taking these products I have noticed people just want to be around me now because i am so energised and full of life all the time. I love it!
