Before starting this challenge and using the YOR Health products I constantly suffered from fatigue at work, trying to make it to 5pm was a struggle and lethargy began to consume me even at home on weekends. Not only that but I would always have a head ache or just feel off. I have been on the YOR Health products for over a couple of months now and I can honestly say they have changed my life, I never realized that how I was getting through my day before with countless cups of coffee and just a general feeling of unwell was not normal and not an ok way to be.
At the beginning of this challenge I was at 55.3kg and I am happy to say that as of today I weigh in only 1kg away from my goal of 50kg in perfect time for summer. Not only have I lost the unwanted weight but I have such a good routine with using my products daily as well as maintaining a healthy diet (something I have always struggled with) but it was when taking on this challenge and starting the new YOR Health lifestyle that I knew would give me the push I need to get to where I want to be holistically!
I followed an over all healthy diet, low in carbs and avoided saturated fats and excess salt and sugar ( but still allowed for the odd treat or drink on a weekend - everything in moderation as long as your working it off I say!) and with the digest and slimming tablets this was very easy to maintain because I was seeing such good results - how could I not continue, I was loving it! and actually looked forward to hopping back on the scales each week for once.
My product usage begins first thing in the morning when I have a repair and probiotic and then mix up my super greens, berry blast and fiber with water and have before any food intake. Then for breakfast a MRP shake with cold water and 2 multivitamins. 30-60 mins before my lunch and dinner I would have my 2 slimming tablets and then a digest tablet with my actual meals, then before bed I have another repair and that's my whole day done easy peasy!
I exercised any where from 4-6 times a week for at least 30-45 mins at a time (mind you at the beginning I was struggling to last 20 mins) and had gradually
Increased that to an hour which is so good for me to be able to have a sense of stamina and drive now - the feeling is amazing! However for the last 4 weeks of this challenge with my shift work schedule I barely exercised so the final result was purely from using the products!!
Overall I have loved this past 8 weeks, it has been hard work but the rewards are worth it and I can honestly say that I would never have achieved it without my products and don't ever want to be without them!! I never get spontaneous headaches anymore and burn through my day with such ease and focus whilst just feeling amazing! I know it sounds odd to be saying that but I truly mean it and it's such a big deal for me to be this happy in my own skin. I am so happy with my results and my products. I have also felt a lot less bloated and have lost the hideous muffin top that I had been baking through winter! Life is good!!!
