Hi!! My name is Lakeisha Thomas. When starting my challenge, I just completed an 8 week challenge the month prior. I competed in the slim category and was pleased with results, but I felt like I didn’t push myself like I needed to. I had all the right tools, but felt like I didn’t use all the tools I had to my complete advantage. I decided to re-commit, but put in an unquestionable amount of effort and achieve the results I knew I could. I re-entered the challenge with a brand new commitment and 100% accountability for my results. I wanted to commit to fitting in all my workouts: strength training at least four times a week and doing at least 30 minutes of cardio five times week.
Because I’m a public accountant, my schedule is always crazy because of a deadline I have to meet. However, with this challenge, it gave me the focus I needed to be able to push through any excuse I may have had. I made this commitment to myself and felt as though I owed it to myself to not let my schedule be the deciding factor in achieving my goals. I’ve always been that person to take forever to lose weight. In fact, when starting the challenge, I only anticipated losing five pounds because of how much I struggle with losing weight. Because of Yor Health, I not only met my five pounds, I surpassed it by another five! I'm even happy to get some ab definition, which I never have seen in my life!
Because of my success through the challenge, it has put me on a path of loving every moment of fitness. I love being able to push myself and taking the products everyday supports me in doing so. Because of the momentum I have hit, I am currently training to compete in my first competition with the National Physique Committee (NPC) bikini category. Without Yor Health, I’m not sure if this would’ve been possible.
The products that were instrumental in my success were: Yor probiotics, Yor digest ultra, Yor Shake, Yor Supergreens, Yor Super Slim, Yor Multivitamins and Yor Repair. I took the Yor Probiotics, Yor Repair, and Yor Supergreens every morning. I took a Yor Shake after every workout session and before every meal, I took Yor Super Slim.
