Hello there everyone, my name is Johnny Lee. I have been on the big side of weight for many years with many ongoing attempts to lose weight. I've tried "Natural" by just eating healthy and excising, but had little effect. I even did juicing, it did have a good impact on my weight loss but gave me little to no energy level. I am very fortunate for my cousin who shared the Yor Health products with me. Starting this journey of my Yor Health 8 weeks challenge has given me the opportunity to change my body more then I could have ever imagined. By far the greatest results and achievements I could have ever asked for.
Last year I injuried my back through my work. Which I never thought it can help to me. My Doctor, my Chiropractor and my Physical Therapist all recommended that in order to help me regain my strength in my back and keep it strong I had build a stronger core. Meaning that I had to lose weight and mainly get my stomach in shape. Every since then I have tried and thankfully Yor Health Products were introduced to me and now I haven't looked back since. I have noticed that my back is now getting stronger and I don't feel fatigued anymore as I used to. I feel a lot lighter on my feet and have noticed that I am very much more alert now at work and home. I am now able to get back into my passion, playing some sports and push a little harder then before thanks to the products.
Through my 8 week challenge, I notice so much positive changes, one of them to my surprise was when I notice that my dry skin condition went away completely as well. Everyday I would have to put lotion on in the morning and night after I shower. It was funny because it wasn't until day 4 my wife said "hey,how come you don't use your lotion any more?" So not only have I gotten into the best shape so far I also have healthier skin, my face is clearing from breakouts, my stamina has increased, and even my constant nose bleeds have gone away completely. One of the best things I have noticed as well is that all my migraines have disappeared as well. Yorhealth had really change my life.

This is how I take my products. Every day I would drink consistently more water then I have ever have on a daily basis. I use Yor Shake, Vitamins, Super Slim, Probiotics, Complete Burn, Digest, Fiber and Super Greens! I would have raw nuts and fruits about 2-3 hours in between my meals or shakes. For my meals I would eat clean, no greasy food at all! a lot of chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, quinoa and salad! I take my Super Slim around 6:45am every morning with 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra and 1 YOR Repair Ultra. For my breakfast I would take the YOR Shake with 2 scoops of YOR Fiber Plus and 1 scoop of Super Greens. With that I would take 1 YOR Complete Burn, 2 Vitamins and 1 Digest. I eat 2 meals again throughout the day, followed by another YOR Shake at in the evening around 7pm.
