The 8 week best body challenges definitely aren't new to me and this isn't my first, second or third one I've entered.. But what i do know is this one was the best one I've done yet! I can honestly say that this time was so much different and i am 100% happy with what i have achieved and with who i am and what i look like.

Every week i've experienced so many changes and my strength has never been so good, whilst at the same time being the leanest I've been without losing any muscle in fact i managed to put on 4kg of pure muscle! i have been able to both train gridiron 3 times a week as well as being in the gym 6 times including all my other daily activities and work and without a doubt haven't had a day go by where i was to tired or sore to get it done. I've absolutely loved everyday and being able to show those around me that i can balance everything perfectly without "overtraining" or "doing to much" like they continue to tell me. of course i know this wouldn't be possible without these amazing product keeping my nutrition on point and with how much I've learnt since the day i was introduced to these! There has not been a day missed with out them and without continuing to want to learn more and be more aware of how to truly reach optimal wellness within myself

Throughout this challenge I used the whole range, starting my day with a superblast so my greens, fibre and berry blast, making sure i have my multivitamins and digestive enzymes when needed with my meals, MRP shakes have also played a big part in this challenge and repairs when it came to my training as well as probiotics right before bed or first thing in the morning. On days i had double training session i would double on my super greens and have it twice that day just to make sure i was replacing everything that my body was using.

This Challenge has truly had a massive impact on my life but not only that myself as a person! It has really allowed me to be truly happy with my body and the way i now view myself, i have always had a constant struggle with loving myself and always wanting to be more rather then really appreciating how far I've actually come and what i have achieved in such a short amount of time!
