Here we go again! I have signed up to another health program. This is probably the 10th program I have paid for. But hey, Im still very optimistic. I bought the sculpt set but I signed up for the slim program. I uploaded my photos, which I have done before in other programs, but this time it was worse. I didnt actually realise how big I was until I uploaded a full body photo from all angles. I was so upset. I have been wanting my whole life to lose weight, but could never find the motivation. Why havent I lost this weight already? Im 25, Im young, and I should be feeling more confident. I still couldnt figure it out. So, thats when I decided to give this program a go after my friends told me about it. They promised I will love it and that if I do it right, I will lose my weight. I said ok, im ready!
I took the shakes in the morning, and post-workout. The shakes amazed me. Like, I atually couldnt believe it. How the hell do thee shakes taste so good with ONLY water? No milk or banana needed. And it contains all these essential vitamins and minerals, as well as the protein. I looked forward to having these shakes every single time. I think that was the secret that made me continue.
I had the supergreens and the energy blast together every morning. Then, the more I had them, the more I felt better. I wasnt tired anymore. I use to always have naps in the afternoon...always! Now, not one nap. I never feel tired in the evenings. Again, I was amazed.
I made sure my diet was on point. I split my meals from 4-6 times a day. No more big massive meals that completely fill my stomach. I cut my carbohydrates significantly, only consuming them in the morning and before my workout. I had my mother, who I also convinced to sign up to the best body challenge, to prepare meals for me to take to university so I dont get tempted to buy take-out food. My mum also motivated me, as much as I motivated her, to stick to the program. This felt like a last chance program to me. If I didnt succeed in this, I wont succeed ever.
My exercise improved significantly. I started doing cardio and muscle strength 3-5 times a week. Sometimes, I would only do it twice a week, which I was dissapointed in myself doing. But then again, I went on holiday to Melbourne, and I went to the gym 4 times that week. My exercising wasnt perfect, but it was so much better than before. I trained in accordance with my studies. My studies come first, but my exercising was just as important. I signed up to a better gym and now I feel excited to go train there.
I took my supplements all the time. I had the Fiber Ultra in the morning at night, digestive ultra twice a day with meals, and the probiotics at night. I was use to taking supplements and I always stuck to it. I always took 2 digestive ultras with me all the time in case I eat out. It made me feel more comfortable eating my food and again, I felt healthier.
So, all in all, after 8 weeks. I lost 8.8 kilograms. I am stoked. I could have done better with more exercising, but that will be my main improvement in the next challange. This program, I can confidently say, works! Its so motivating. The 8 week body challenge is genius. Its free, and there are massive prizes. It also helps us keep track of our progress, motivates us with quotes and tips, and it reminds us what we have set out to achieve. I want to be skinny, ripped, and toned by the time summer comes. I have 2 months till december, and I have never felt more motivated to achieve my goal. I feel better, I look better, and Im ready to be skinny once and for all. I have already ordered another package, and I am already continuing on my weight loss. Nothing will stop me now.
