?I’m proud of the products that I’ve been taking for these couple weeks to help myself out from being called “fat” and “overweighed”. I believe I weighted more than 120 pounds while talking to Chen Moua about trying the products to help me out. I did try on other challenge but never able to see a result as fast as this challenge. I wasn’t sure how much I weighted exactly when I started the products because I was away from home and couldn’t find a scale nearby to help. I told Chen that I weighted 110 pounds, but after a lot of my friends commented that I look more like 115-120 pounds, I reconsidered and that does make since to me.
First, I started with a weight around 115-120 pounds and today after the 8 weeks, I weighted 109 pounds. That makes sense to me because I did see the changes from my “before” pictures and “after” pictures. I was able to use my old belts and doesn’t fit my size 3 jeans anymore; which means that whenever I wear my jeans I have to wear a belt to help out. I did hear a lot of good comments from my friends saying that that I got skinnier then before school started. And the way I look, does match the weight I am at now, which is a very good news to me.
Second, I took the products almost in the same hours for everyday as it was listed on my schedule. My daily regimen is to take 2 probiotics in the morning when I wake up around 7-9 a.m. with 8 ounces of water (only on empty stomach). For breakfast, I took 2 scoop of shake with 8 ounces of water and between 8:00 a.m. to noon, I ate nuts for snacks. For lunch, I took 2 digest pill with 8 ounces of water before eating the meals. Around noon to 5:00 p.m. I took the shake with the same amount that I had in the morning. For dinner, I sometimes had salads, chickens and sometimes have nuts because of my work schedule being involved and I couldn’t get to a food restaurant nearby. Finally, one hour before I went to sleep, I usually took 2 probiotics with 8 ounces of water before I went to bed. Although I stay tight with my schedule of taking the products, I was sick for two weeks; which mean I skipped my regimen while I was sick because the sick medicines I took will interfere with the products. Overall I did tried my best to stay tight with the products and try my best to not to skip anything.
Third, in retrospect of the challenge weeks, there are days that I skipped my workout schedules but I usually workout Mondays through Thursdays because Friday through Sundays is when I use it homework and work. I usually run on the treadmill for one mile every time I start my workouts on abs or other that doesn’t use the treadmill. I also play badminton a lot with my friends during some weekends when I’m free from work and homework too. I want to say that working hard on the treadmills does show me some good results, for example, after running on the treadmills for couple days and stopped, my weight decreased. Although I skipped a lot of exercise days, I didn’t skip my products days and I want to say that “probiotics” does help me a lot through the challenge.
Finally, I’m very proud of the products along with the workout. I changed my life from being called “fat” to a normal person. During the challenge, what was hard was eating salad without dressing, but I tried my best with it by eating a sweet fruit with the meals. I’ve never thought I could be able to lose this much weights or look better than before because I’ve tried other diets and they never work on me. But after seeing the results on this challenge, I believe I could be able to work hard and lose more weights in the future. I didn’t regret any of my time for trying these products and if anyone ask for help, I would love to recommend them to try these products out.
