Before I was introduced to YOR Health, my health was pretty much going down hill. I had tests and they came back good except for my haemoglobin that was way below normal. So I was pretty healthy (as per my test results). Even with the test results I could feel that I was not my normal self. My legs were always achy, I couldn’t hold a cup, pen etc… for long because my fingers would start to numb, when I lie down or sit for just a few minutes my legs and arms will go numb as well. My body was falling apart on me I couldn’t even go for a walk without my legs seizing up.

Before all this started to happen I was a pretty active person, I was training at least 5 days a week some days I would train twice a day, as well as eating properly. So I couldn’t understand why I was feeling the way I was. So I started going to massages, acupuncture, chiropractor you name it. I was not a great fan of drugs or any type of supplements but I was taking it because I was in pain and I wanted to get better. So you can imagine how frustrating and depressed I was becoming and the weight was gaining fast on me as well.

When I could I would go for a stroll and each time I was able to increase my speed and found that my legs didn’t hurt so much. With my diet I didn’t change the way I was eating however, I found that I wasn’t over eating and snacking constantly.

Thank you to my sister for introducing me to YOR Health because I absolutely believe that I wouldn’t be recovering as quickly as I have in the last 8 weeks without the YOR Health Products. The great thing about it is, it’s all natural!!!
