Hi my name is Lai Saechao. I am 28 years old and a mother of 2. I am excited to have completed my first cycle of Yor Best Body Challenge and I look forward to joining more in the near future.
I just want to say my 8 weeks journey to weight loss was not easy. I love food, eating out and like all responsible adult I have a full time job, plus my 2 children to care for. Since giving birth to my 2 children through C- section, my body had suffered a lot of damage due to over stretching skin and with my unhealthy eating habits; I was never able to lose any weight. I’ve lost the sight of myself while trying to care for my love ones and have become very self-cautious of my body. Also, last year my feet started to hurt really badly to the point I can barely walk or even go to work. I had it checked out and my doctor said I have plantar fasciitis (for those who is not familiar with this term, it is pain in the heel and bottom of foot, which risk factors included over use such as from long periods of standing, an increase in exercise or obesity.) In other words, I pretty much fractured my arch under my foot. So at 4’10 and 136lbs, I felt like my weight may have some impact on my injury. Since then I wanted to make a change for myself. I want to get back in shape and get healthy and set a better example for my 2 children.
I was introduced to Yor Health products from my sister’s friend and have been using it since the day I got it. I had a hard time adapting to the products and the regimen in the beginning, because of my work schedule (I work both days and swing shift) and I couldn’t manage my time wisely but I was able to figure a way that would work best for me. Every day when I wake up I take 1 probiotic, 2 repairs and 2 super slims. I usually wait 30 minutes before I make my yor shake and take 2 digestives and 2 vitamins with the shake. Every day my shake would be different, sometimes I add fresh fruits in it and blend it or drink it plain. For lunch, I usually eat a normal meal so I don’t get too hungry or feel like I’m on a strict diet that would make feel like giving up. For dinner I would drink my shake again depending how hungry I may feel that night. Also I do take 2 super slims 1 hour prior to each of my meals and 2 digestives. I do snack in between meals like fruits or mix nuts and drink lots of water to keep me hydrated.
In conclusion, I was able to drop 10 lbs in 8 weeks with minimal exercise so I am happy with my results for right now. I do look forward to continuing this journey and dropping more weights in the future. Thank you to Yor Health products for making this possible.
