Hi guys!
My name is Lukas and I'm 21 Years old from Sweden!
My story begins as I started picking up training seriously about 4 months ago, whilst having a very thin body shape from starters and at the same time being put through long periods of sleep deprivation, low food intake and putting the body through stress most of the waking hours due to my current career as a military. I actually found out that after each period I had resetted my weight or even worse, lost even more weight than I had gained..
Imagine you have a real goal, real hours spent in the gym & out on the track. Real sweat & pain recorded in your brain but your body stays unchanged looping the past.
People could almost think I'd entered the wrong challenge as a "Slim Challenge" contestant.. Hahah
However...
This ALL changed with Yor Health!
Since I started the challenge 8 weeks ago the first thing I noticed was a change in my sleeping and eating habits, resulting in getting control over my digestive track. Toghether with a lot of other benefits it probably made the most crucial difference between gaining on my progress and ultimately keeping those hardworked muscles & actually feeling like you're getting in the right direction!
This helped me learn that if you don't eat right to get your body what it needs, it doesn't even matter how many gym-roars you put in the schedule for the gains you're working for will not be coming around even for christmas..
Today I got a totally different body composition & have learned so much on the way that'll surely help me keep track on my health and keep progressing on towards future goals! Keeping up my health which wasn't a definite priority in my earlier lifestyle.. I now have so many more fun hours a day because of the pumped energy I get to keep from Yor Health's products!
During the 8-Week Challenge I used:
Probiotics as my alarm set of.
Berry Blast, Super Greens & Fiber as toghether with breakfast.
The Enzymes pills are a lifesaver to any dish to make those gains bulletproof!
Shake MRP's are GREAT post-workout or as a snack between meals!
I only took the Repair before bed after those days of working out to minimize soreness!
I followed my own-homemade trainingscheme 5 days a week, during 8 Weeks!
