I have always thought that I had great metabolism. I would NEVER gain weight! I did not realized that with age my metabolism slow down, my stomach protrude into a 9month pregnant beer belly, and the food I consumed never decimate as fast as I ate it. I was embarrassed and in denial!
In a million years I would have never thought that at 5’5” I would go from 130lbs to 190lbs. Statically I am supposed to be 115 lbs. to 150lbs. Sadly, I was at 190 lbs. I was 40 lbs. over weight! I became morbidly obese because I did not like to exercise. I procrastinated. I always made an excuse that I would exercise the next day. I complained to my wife, but secretly I did not know how I was going to shed off 40 pounds. In April of 2015, my wife was introduced to the Yorhealth products line.
