My name is Alexandra, I’m 28 years old and I have been using YOR Heath products for about a year. I started this challenge after coming back from a trip to Russia where I was visiting family. During my time away my healthy eating and training habits had slipped and left me feeling run down, sluggish, and lacking energy. I found that being a part of the challenge helped me remain focused in regards to my fitness training, good nutrition, and proper sleep, basically keeping my priorities in check. I had such great results from my previous challenges I knew I wanted stay consistently healthy and feeling as well as I did before so I re enrolled.
This time around my product and eating regime has improved immensely in regards to consistency and I have noticed the extra benefits. My fitness regime consists of a mixture of intensive strength and body weight training, boxing, a bit of yoga and a lot of dancing! Fitness training in the morning/lunch (3-5 times/week) and dance training in the evenings (5 times/week) (and even though waking up is always tough for me, I love how amazing I feel when I’m done! ;))
Within 15-30 minutes after training I have the delicious YOR health shake consisting of YOR Super Greens (1 scoop), YOR Shake Vanilla/Chocolate Super shake (1.5) mixed together to boost my energy levels and help my muscles get the nutrients they need to recover faster and grow.
During the day, anytime I have a cooked meal I would take a YOR Digest Ultra at the start, which helped me break down my meals, absorb as many nutrients from it as my body could and prevent me from feeling bloated after. I also took 2 YOR Essential Vitamins every day with my lunch to get any extra vitamins and minerals my body needed. I’ve also been taking YOR Super Slim about 30min-1hour before my meals and training to get my metabolism going, increase my energy levels and help me feel fuller for longer.
Just before going to sleep, I take one YOR Probiotics Ultra and two YOR Repair Ultra to improve my gut health and help my muscles recover faster and not be as sore, so I can function throughout the days to follow ;)
Throughout the challenge, besides training and using the products religiously ;), I ate as clean as I could but I would treat myself if I really wanted to. Thanks to the challenge that was not that often, because I was committed to achieving results and certainly had less cravings! I found that being a part of this challenge definitely helped me stick to consistently eating well more than I usually would and get out of bed even on the ugly rainy days when training outside looked miserable. (I train outside and those of you living in Sydney are very well aware we've had quite a few rainy/stormy mornings this spring) My final weight is 54.5kg (up from original 53kg) and I can definitely say I've gained some muscle weight as planned!
After seeing the results I achieved and maintained over the past 2 months I can honestly say that it has all been worth it! I have changed my body not just physically from the outside, but also from the inside, improved mentally and boosted my metabolism and gut health!!! Besides my body looking more toned than it has ever been before, I feel healthier, more energized, and definitely happier as well!
I will ABSolutely keep going on these challenges as there’s always room for improvement! ;)
