This challenge was funnily enough a very big challenge for me, 2 weeks into the challenge I hurt my back really bad.
I couldn't get out of bed, I tried deep tissue massage, dry needling, heat packs, everything.
I was on heavy pain killers and wasn't getting much relief.
So my challenge was that I could barely walk let alone get to the gym, by some divine intervention at this time the essential oil samples turned up at my door step.
I was a little skeptical on then claims of these oils to say the least, but I thought what have I got to lose, I tried everything else already.
I applied frankincense, black pepper, geranium and ginger mixed with the carrier oil directly to my back before bed.
The next day I woke up and the pain was down from a 10/10 to 3/10. I applied it 3 more times that day, next morning I was pain free and back in the gym. That's when I very quickly became obsessed in researching these oils and experimenting.

I came to the conclusion that the 360 approach of both the health products and oils combined could not be matched.
I trained 5 times in the gym a week for the duration of the challenge, I ate healthy but didn't track calories or anything to crazy.

6am - mouth pulling with coconut oil and 1 drop of peppermint oil
Drink 1 liter water with 1 drop of lemon oil
2 essential vitamins
2 YOR repair
1 probiotic

Being in a fasted state combined with detoxing power of the lemon I find to give me incredible energy and also helps burn fat.

11am - 3 scoops YOR shake chocolate with 1 drop peppermint

12 - 1 scoop fiber plus, 1 scoop super greens, 1 berry blast

2pm - 3 scoops YOR shake, 10 almonds

3:45pm - pre workout (1 scoop YOR AMINOS, 1 berry blast, 1 scoop super greens, 1 YOR ultra repair)
1 drop frankincense for mental focus and mind muscle connection

4pm - workout sip on AMINOS and 2 drops pink grapefruit essential oil (fat burning effects)

5pm - 3 scoops YOR shake with 2 YOR repair
I rub the muscles worked out with peppermint
Oil to increase blood flow and also black pepper to decrease inflammation and aid in recovery

6pm - solid meal of usually fish/steak/chicken and vegetables
1 digest ultra
2 essential vitamins

This regime has allowed me to get down to 9% body fat when at the start I was closer to 15%
I also healed my injury and actually have now re Built to be even stronger and more flexible.
Other additional effects have been, clearer skin, a deeper level of focus and clarity and lastly my sleep thanks to sweet dreams has been the best in my life!
