I am so proud of myself.
My name is Vicky Olson and I am 45 years old from Brisbane Australia. I have just completed my second eight week best body challenge, and to say I am happy is an understatement. I started this challenge weighing 69.5 kilos and have reached 62.1 kilos. I didn't quite reach my goal of 60 kilos, but with my new motto "I can achieve anything" I will reach this goal in a couple of weeks. Between the two cycles I have done I have lost a total of 17.2 kilos, almost a quarter of my body weight. Something I never thought possible. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 10.
Since I started with YOR Health I have realised that I have in my honest opinion wasted 10 years of my life feeling sorry for myself. With being overweight I was always worried about people looking at me and what they were thinking. I now have a lot of people in my life telling me how good I look and how this weight loss has changed my whole demeanor. I am so excited now for what the future holds for me. I know in my heart now that I feel beautiful and happy inside and out. YOR Health is now a major part of my everyday life and my future and I hope I will be able to inspire others as I was inspired by other members of the YOR Health community.
I used most of the YOR Health products during this challenge. I would have a Supergreens and Berryblast on rising every morning and an essential vitamin tablet and a probiotic capsule. Because I start work so early in the mornings I would have a YOR shake which I would drink on the way to work. Before lunch I would take a Superslim capsule and half an hour later have my lunch with a Digest Ultra capsule. On busy nights I would have a YOR shake, and on quiet nights when I had time to cook I would cook dinner and have a Digest Ultra capsule. I would also have essential vitamin tablets during the day.
My exercise regime consisted of regular one hour walks and one hour exercise bike sessions at home usually consisting of a 20km ride.
Thank you to YOR Health for giving me the tools and mind set to now enjoy my life and feel healthy, and a big thank you to my beautiful son who introduced me to YOR Health. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to him and how proud I am of him.
I cannot wait to begin my next challenge.
