Dear YOR followers,

I have witnessed that what we believe is impossible is truly possible. This 8-week challenge has demonstrated me that we are more than capable of accomplishing the goals that we decide to plan and put ourselves into, not those we just wish for and never happen.

I turned out to be very skeptical when I first heard about YOR Health, which was over 3 years ago; however, a few months ago I went hiking with a friend of mine, who introduced me more in detail about this great organization and how the YOR products and the 8-week challenge have positively changed lives of many people.

Although I have always strived to watch my diet and exercise, specially since been diagnosed genetic high cholesterol issues over 6 years ago, I was facing a hard time when I got invited to join the challenge: I had gained 5 kilos in less than 3 months, my cholesterol levels went up drastically, my clothes were not fitting well and even worse, I was struggling to watch my diet and exercise due to heavy loads of work. I am a believer that those who don’t take risks, don’t learn the lessons that life has to offer, so I decided to give it a try and challenge myself.

I traveled in this 8-week journey by watching even closer my diet and exercising on average 4 times per week during one hour in the morning. I combined this with a YOR Repair Ultra capsule after my workout and afterwards a YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus shake as my breakfast with a fruit, one capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and another one of Yor Shape with every meal, and once in a while a YOR Shake for dinner. All together, I noticed from the very beginning that my body was feeling more energized and my mind was taking a more positive direction towards being more disciplined to reach my goals.

I appreciate Yor Health and all the people that supported me in this challenge to satisfactorily accomplish it by dropping my weight in 4.5 kilos, building the habit of exercising more often, including running my first 10K, and more than anything, having a balance in my life to succeed personally and professionally.
