Hi, my name is Sonia, I am 47 years old and a mother of 4. Being in the challenge has changed my life, I'm not only feeling better but I have also lost weight. A few months ago I was playing basketball in a mom's team in my youngest son's school, since I had played when I was in high school and in college, I was thrilled to do it again so I did.
