Hi my name is Rebecca Brown and I am 32 years old. Before beginning the 8 week challenge I had been through a rough trot. My young healthy beautiful father lost his battle to cancer. A lot of my spare time was travelling back to my home town to spend time with my family through this tough time. He was a young fit healthy man who also trained hard and was a black belt in karate.

After he passed I decided that it was time to get on with my life and head back to the gym and really seriously start my 'get fit and healthy goal'

My first day back at the gym I was so keen and motivated to start BUT with myself being quite clumsy....I dropped a 20kg weight on my foot which resulted in a few fractures and 8 weeks of limited mobility on crutches which also resulted in weight gain.

After my fractures healed and with my bad luck in the past I started training and taking YOR health products. I began to feel healthy, alive and full of energy again. I trained usually about 5 days per week. I knew I was getting results because I started receiving several compliments about how great and healthy I looked. Friends would even comment in a difference in my skin. They were so impressed by my transformation and the YOR health products that they also too wanted to purchase :)

I would start my day with super greens, fibre, berry blast and probiotics. I would then have a digest with my lunch. I used to buy my lunch most days but I made the effort to pack a healthy lunch. I previously would be tired and lethargic after I finished work but I found that the berry blast gave me loads of energy to do things in the evenings and night.

YOR health has changed my life and I would highly recommend it to everyone after the success I have had. My starting weight pre 8 week challenge was 65kg. My final weight I managed to get down to 61kg but I found that I bulked up quite a bit and got some nice definition. I was so happy with my outcome and success that I joined forces with my partner who is an IR for YOR Health and we have been selling and promoting the products together.
