I have been using these products for over a year now and have had success in the 8 week challenge in the past so I know and believe in their effectiveness.
After 8 weeks of traveling in the USA, living a rather unhealthy lifestyle by my standards, entering a new 8 week challenge to help get back into shape was a logical solution upon my return. As a highly competitive age group triathlete I knew that these products would help me get straight back into intense training and help shed some of the post-holiday weight. Entering the 8 week challenge was a great way to re-focus and get into a healthy routine again.
As a result I got straight back into training 2-5hrs per day with the goal to complete and do well in a half ironman, 1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21km run (just 1 month after returning from my trip. This race was just a stepping stone in my journey back to full fitness, race weight and my long term triathlon goals. But with the help of the yor health products I was able to go into it injury free, confident and with some good training behind me. I was able to qualify for the 70.3 ironman world championships on the Sunshine Coast at this event. Since then I have continued with my supplement and training routine and have seen myself lean down and get back on track to the shape I was in before I went overseas. I must admit I have not always been completely strict in my eating as the challenge fell over the holiday period with alot of catch ups with friends, christmas and new years festivities but I found using the products allowed me to be able to enjoy these times while still losing weight and achieving the results I was after. The Yor digest ultra and Yor probiotics were very important over this time. While I am still working towards my goal race weight I have definitely noticed a change in body composition as I have reduced body fat, leaned down and put on muscle.
When I returned from my travels, while I had had a great time, I wasn't feeling confident and comfortable in myself. My clothes were tight, I felt things jiggling when I was running and I didn't enjoy getting into my swimming togs (not ideal for a triathlete). Most people probably wouldn't notice these things just by looking at me, but as an athlete who has always looked fit, this was a big deal for me. I have now found my confidence return and feel like I am getting closer to where I want to be (not quite there yet) but know that I am on the right path! I now have focus and a routine that not only supports my training but that is allowing me to get my ideal body back.
My product use is as follows (bare oils was released towards the end of my challenge)
Pre training: 1 scoop vanilla MRP, berry blast, 1/2 banana, drop of peppermint oil
During training: Yor amino rehydrate
Breakfast: large shake, 2 scoops vanilla mrp, 1 scoop supergreens, 1/2 banana, blue berries, handful of kale, drop of clove oil (mix up the fruit combos), 2 yor essential vitamins
Lunch: large salad, digest tablet
After afternoon training: 2 scoops MRP
Dinner + digest tablet
Before sleep: 2 yor repair ultra, 1 probiotic, rub black pepper oil on any tight muscles, breathe or diffuse lavender to enhance sleep.
This is a rough outline and changes slightly based on my training schedule for the day but as you can see they are an integral part of my daily nutritional routine and I have noticed my energy, recovery and training performance has been enhanced since I have been using these products.
