"I'm so clumsy", "I'm so unfit", "Me? Healthy?" I'd laugh at even the idea of putting me and exercise in the same sentence. I used to be sick, everyday was a struggle and I was in so much pain from a mystery dietary condition doctors could not diagnose. I was constantly hurting, I was lethargic, dizzy, and depressed. I had to monitor my diet strictly to find out myself what gave me pain when I ate or drank and how to avoid it. I would spend most of my free time at the doctor trying to find answers, only to have tests come back saying nothing was wrong.
But I finally found a way out of my struggles when my friend discovered YOR Health and shared it with me, I bought the Go Greens set and tried it out for a few weeks. To my surprise I was gradually becoming more and more pain free and I was awake! I wasn't taking time off work for being sick and I didn't have to take naps anymore. And I'm finally able to eat and drink what I want again! I started saying "YES I CAN!" I had so much energy I didn't know what to do with it, and I was finally pain free!
I decided to join my local gym, and to my surprise I loved it! The same friend who introduced me to the products caught me at the gym one day and asked if I wanted to train with her, and now here I am doing the 8WBC! I never would have thought I could run as far as I can, or lift as much weight as I can now. I feel better than I ever did before!

5 days a week I'd train, a combination of cardio and free weights. I'd also attend group classes as frequently as possible.

-First thing in the morning I'd take:
1 Pro-Biotic
3 essential vitamins
Super shake (1 scoop of greens,1 berry blast,1 scoop of fibre)
Then I'd go to the gym.

-Mid-morning snack:
greek yoghurt with 2 scoops YOR MRP and strawberries (sometimes I'd have this for a before-bed snack, it's so delicious).

-Breakfast, lunch, and dinner:
1 digestive enzyme tablet.

-Before bed:
3 essential vitamins.

I feel as if I'd do better with the Sculpt set, but this is how far the Go-Greens has taken me and I love it! Thank you YOR Health!!!
