Prior to this challenge I was in a vehicle accident and hit by a bus. Amazingly no bones were broken, but I did suffer from being very rigid and sore on a daily basis. I planned to do the challenge and would let nothing stop me. So, I started doing yoga for a month and a half before entering so that I would have the ability to lift weights and be more active. Surprisingly I got my mother to do yoga with me, for the first time ever, and be excited about the challenge!

Before I started the Challenge, at about 166 pounds, I was eating a Pop Tart a day and drinking at least one soda a night. I was drinking coffee and if I stopped I would get headaches. My body was soft in the midsection and lost much of the definition that I had throughout my arms and chest. This needed to change!

The products became a staple of my daily diet, MRP for lunch and midnight snack, daily packs, Complete Burn in the morning and a "SuperBlast" (SuperGreens and Berry Blast) at workout to help me push through my workouts. (This replaced coffee, without the headaches if I stopped use.) I also used MyFitnessPal to track my caloric intake and exercise to help me stay on track.

Exercise became a vital part of my transformation as well. Doing yoga 5 times a week and weight lifting 4 times a week with a day of cardio was just what my body needed to push for performance. I also set goals that I wanted to be able to achieve.

Now, at 171 pounds, after gaining at least 5 pounds of muscle, this was just what I needed to be back on top. I have hit and exceeded my goals throughout this challenge, especially bench pressing over 255 pounds while gaining my core strength back. Recently, I received compliments from customers at work and people when I am out that I look "diesel" or I have nice arms and look lean. I haven't heard those in years. This truly gave me the confidence I was missing. I am back to my "fighting weight," stronger and leaner than I have ever been in my life!

YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge has afforded me and the people around me the right the opportunity to kick start bettering the state of our health. I have been able to encourage multitudes of people to get fit and commit to their health through this 8-week challenge. Not only do they love the idea, they stick with it and get results, just as I did.
