Well I personally wouldn't even know where to start, since I have been having a long journey within my life. My body type has been always been very slim, those kind of people who eats the most and never gains weight? well I was one of them, few years ago I was in high school, I had taken the advantage to join the gym at that time and I was able to obtain the physic I have been always wanted it, but like always when you have success in you and if you do not keep it consistently, eventually you will start to get down falls, for my part would be out of shape.

Surely it did, after I finished high school, I started to join into the adultery industry called work, which is ok since everyone's doing it as well, problem is when you start to have a new relationship, work, bills, life on the line, sometimes you get side track from the things you always wanted to achieve, and that is how it happened.

Since my metabolism requires more nutrients in my body to stay in shape and workout a little bit, I could of had the results, but because I was not being careful with my diet and daily exercises, my body started to develop a little baby belly, my arms and legs started to get a lot skinnier and my shoulders started to get flat. Entirely my whole body was looking like a mess.

It got to the point where I started to refuse to go to the beach, because I was ashamed with my body, if I had to go, I'd provably would use a shirt on since I was too embarrassed to show my bones, ribs and my baby belly... And I am not even counting with those little guts I had on the side. I personally started to get frustrated and I needed help.

I first tried to go to the gym by myself, but I keep losing my motivation after a week of two from working out, because of work and very very low energy, there were times where I used to wake up, and I had engraved in my head I wanted to go to the gym, I wanted to fix what I look like, but tiredness and laziness got me nowhere.

Until the day I was introduce to the company, I started to use the yor products about a year and half, they all tasted amazing and I felt in love with them, at that time I was not too serious on transforming my body, so I took the products randomly, the way I felt comfortable taking it..

Until that day, when the company launched the yor 8 weeks challenge on January the 1st of 2013, it caught my interest to be in shape, but yet it was all in my head again without taking any actions, but when I started to see all of my closest friends, joining to the challenge, getting amazing results and people getting inspired by them... That caught my interested and gave me the motivation to finally make the decision on starting the challenge.

So when I started the challenge into the sculpt category from weighting 165lb and strive for 170lb, I had to leave out of my comfort zone and truly work the hardest I could, I took the before pics and posted online, so people could hold me accountable, I talked to my friends who were able to push me to get up every time I fall back down, and definitely I was able to get a lot more energy with the use of the berry blast and the complete burn.

I totally changed my eating habits, I mixed regular milk with Yor MRP vanilla and Go Lean Cereal together every morning so I could get the proteins I need along with the low calories, then before I went to the gym I took one pill from complete burn to help me burn the unnecessary weight, I go workout at the gym and after I finish I take another yor MRP Vanilla with milk again but this time I blend it with some fruits such as strawberries, bananas, mango, melon or grapes.

Since I am Spanish, I have never changed my eating habits, I keep eating my regular rice and beans kind of meals with dark meat and whatnot, since I have to develop lean muscle I needed to eat more calories so I divided my regular 3 meals a day for 6 meals a day, just half a meal each to keep my belly full and let the nutrients to do the rest, I took a digestive pill every-time I ate consistently.

And at last but not least, around 7 PM I take another Yor vanilla MRP shake, this time I drink it with water and I mix it with Yor Fiber Plus and Berry blast all together, Believe it or not, if you do the right measurement with water, it actually taste like strawberry milkshake in which I felt in love with it.

when I first started the challenge, I used to go workout twice a week, but eventually my body started to get used to it and started to attempt more often, eventually it became three times a week, four times and now is an almost a daily routine that my body got truly used to it.

As off my final results from the challenge, I was expecting to gain 5 more pounds of lean muscle, but instead I end up dropping 5 lbs, I was not in shock, because I knew then I had a digestive problem, in which that was the cause to have that baby gut, but what got me shocked, was when I saw my after pictures and compared them with my before one, I saw a change... A change that I have been wanting for, striving for and I was able to obtain it within 8 weeks.

Now I might not have the physic I have been always wanted, but at least now I know I can go to the beach shirtless without feeling regrets, because two things are happening, one I look a lot hotter than before and second I'm going for the next cycle and this time I will gain those lean muscles and get the physic I have been dreaming for.

Dear Dewayne "The Rock" Johnson, I might not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday.
