I've really been lucky enough to never have been overweight my entire life. But in the past 5 years through working full time and studying part time I really struggled to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regime. This really impacted me in many ways as I have spent my entire life playing sport and being the above average fitness freak. The 8 week challenge helped me find my rhythm again and get me back into a disciplined routine, setting my fitness goals and eating healthy again. It really changed my mindset toward my health and lifestyle.

Because of my busy schedule I was always on the go and I would end up eating anything that was just convenient. I realised how bad my internal health was after so many years of bad eating and lack of good nutrition. So I picked up the sculpt set to get a overall nutrition pack which now gives my body all the nutrients it needs. Not only that but it also gives me amazing natural energy throughout the day and also while i'm training or playing sport. It has also improved my sleep dramatically, but the biggest difference I found and probably my favourite result is how much healthier my digestion is. I have for as long as I can remember suffered from stomach pains, cramps, heartburn and on constipation. But since I've been using the products neither of these are a concern to me as I no longer experience and are no longer a deterrent to my quality of life.

I use the product EVERY day as this is how I experience the most benefit. I have a Yor Shake, Supergreen, Berry Blast and Yor Fibre shake every morning for breakfast. I have a Yor Shake with Berry Blast in the mid afternoon and then I have a Yor Shake post workout. This dramatically improves my recovery and ability to workout consistently every day. I train everyday with a break on Sunday. My energy levels are amazing. I have rarely been able to train every day in 1 week without being over tired and sore.

The challenge has really made me more conscious about what I eat and consume. Its made me realise just how important it is to take care of your body both inside and out. It has also made me more aware of how others treat their health and how naive we all are about the quality of our food and what we put in our bodies.
