BEFORE - 79KG / AFTER - 72KG

Over the past 8 weeks, whilst on my YOR Best Body Challenge transformation, I have NEVER been so committed and determined to achieving my goals with my health and fitness due to the YOR Health Products! Having said that, I have endured these types of challenges before with other fitness companies out there, but I have NEVER come out feeling and looking as great as I now!

This has been a truly life changing experience!

Like most people, I wasn't gifted with a solid frame, body, rig. Even when playing Rugby League at certain levels (club + international), with the training and nutritional plans provided, I was never happy with how my body was, both physically and mentally.

Again, like a lot of people out there, my full-time job in IT is like most office jobs, where we're stuck behind a desk for up to 8+ hrs of our day, which being stationary for 1/3 of your day, doesn't help with attaining the body desired.

This was all about to change!

It is important to have a solid inner-circle so in which I was fortunate to have my best mate who is a nutritionist (that endorses our products by the way!) and someone who provided me with a simple yet effective training plan tailored to myself and the products!

Almost immediately after taking my YOR Health supplements consistently day-in, day-out and following my training plan, I noticed benefits of the products. This simple, yet effective process allowed me in the first week lose 3-4kgs which was complete undigested waste (Thank you Fibres and Probiotics!).

This process was consistent and continuous throughout the 8 week transformation, and I had found using the YOR Health products allowed me to digest my foods, absorb the nutrients and to pass through waste on a daily basis. I was never consistent before!

Along with that, my energy levels increased dramatically too, which was something different, as I would feel completely drained after getting through work and training. I feel that due to the body not having to work tirelessly on digestion, I had added energy to be used in certain other areas like training, getting more out of my job and working on business goals!

The change wasn't only evident to myself but it had an effect on family and friends. I had a lot of great comments on how much better I looked, how much more energised I was (evening when snapchatting at 12am and getting up at 430am each morning - 5am CLUB BABY!) and how much more focused I was at work/training! They wanted part of it! It wasn't long until they started joining and following the simply, yet effect plan I was on.

Fact. A goal I set myself was to have abdominal muscles after the challenge - COMPLETED.

The YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge has changed my life for the better; this has become a lifestyle for me and not a temporary fad or gimmick.

This is a lifestyle that is not hard to follow and can be used by the everyday person. I love seeing my family and friends benefit from the products and if there's anything to take from this, someone like myself, who is just a normal person, can make a change so I encourage all to do the same!
