I exercised 3-4 times per week.

After eating really badly (pizzas, pastas, cakes etc) and not taking many supplements for too long, I decided that the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge was exactly what I needed to get my motivation back. I didn't feel good about my physique and was constantly tired and bored with my daily routine.

The food I was eating made me bloated and unhappy - even my training was not improving. I found myself struggling with weights I used to be able to lift easily and the stress of everything made me eat worse again. I was in a cycle of bad eating, sleeping, working and training.

Within the first 2 weeks of the challenge, I started to gain my motivation back and noticed my body changing. Although I was cautious in starting the challenge, once I began it never felt like hard work or that I was on a "diet". It was such an easy process, I feel like the products were doing all the hard work for me! My actual eating plan didn't change drastically - Throughout the 8 weeks, I have drank alcohol, eaten out many times, and had whole days of eating bad food which is surprising because my body has still gotten much leaner and stronger. I think this is because my digestion and overall well-being has improved through the YOR Health supplements.

I used YOR Berry Blast in the mornings with my YOR SuperGreens, which helped me to start the day energized. I was so amazed by how alive I felt, I started to even use it as a pre-workout for my gym sessions. I have always used a pre-workout so this was something that I was soo happy to swap - given the amount of chemicals in my usual supplements.

The YOR SuperGreens helped cleanse my body of all the crap I was feeding it and now I cant go a day without it! This is by far my favorite YOR Health product.

The probiotics helped with my sleep cycle so much! One before bed every night meant I wasn't waking up 3-4 times during the night like I was before. I also started taking YOR Probiotics in the morning after a friend recommended it, and it helped start my day in the best way possible.

The 8 week challenge has 100% changed my life for the better and got me back on track to a healthier, happier lifestyle both physically and mentally.

YOR Health products are the first supplements that I have ever tried that I can really feel the difference straight away. I have used other products in the past (and lots of them!) and nothing compares to YOR Health.
