Hi everyone! My name is Sheng Yang and I'm 25 years old. I'm currently residing in Fresno, California. One of the main reasons why I decided to take on this challenge was because it was getting difficult for me to lose weight. Three years ago, I was able to lose about 5 lbs in one week by hitting the gym twice a day and doing a lot of cardio but, 3 years was also a very long time ago. My body had changed. In 2015, after I graduated college in Riverside, California, I came back home to Fresno. Coming back home after 5 years in school was hard and depressing because of the loss of my father that same year. Yes, I was depressed and stressed about almost everything like from what I'm going to do now that I'm done with school to bills and trying to adjust to life at home with my family again without my Dad. It was a pretty depressing year for me that I was at my highest weight ever at 145lbs. I closed many people out of my life and also closed my social life out until I got introduce to Yor Health 360 by my younger sister. Before starting the products I was also tired with headaches and always felt so lazy like I didn't want to do anything. I didn't seem as happy as I used to be anymore. I remember talking to myself and asking why I wasn't the same happy person anymore. I would try to lose weight by doing the same cardio routine I did 3 years ago on my body but it didn't work the same anymore. It was hard to lose weight and when I did lose that 5lbs it came back right away. So, that whole entire year I was actually able to go down 5lbs to 140. Then I got introduce to Yor Health and started taking the products. For my first week I was able to lose 4lbs!!! Wow, I really thought that was amazing. And then at the end of the 8 week challenge I was able to officially lose a total of 9 lbs!!!! After using the product, I no longer had headaches and no longer have that lazy, tired feeling. I'm more energize and HEALTHY!! Especially, I was able to maintain my weight at 131lbs by still eating whatever that I liked to eat!

When I first started the products, every morning I would eat 1 repair and 1 probiotics then follow by 1 super slim (first week) and then after 30 minutes take 1 scoop of shake, 1 scoop of fiber, and 2 vitamins. For my snack before lunch I would eat a banana or orange. Then follow by 1 super slim and then eat a sandwich or salad for lunch along with 2 digest. For dinner, I had 1 scoop of super green mix with 1 scoop of shake and 1 scoop of fiber. When it comes to bedtime I ate 1 repair and 1 probiotics That was my schedule for about 3 weeks. The next following 3 weeks I did the same routine but with 2 super slim instead and increase my digest according to how big of a meal I ate. I was able to lose 9 lbs in 6 weeks and the following 2 weeks I was able to maintain my weight and only taking minimal products. For my last 2 weeks I only took my shake in the morning and then eat 2 super slim before lunch along with the according digest that are needed and then for dinner if I eat a solid meal I would eat about 3 or 4 digest after and then before bed I take 2 scoop of fiber so that I can flush my system out the next morning. If I have 1 scoop of shake, 1 scoop of super green, and 1 scoop of fiber for dinner then before bed no 2 scoop of fibers. In the last two weeks I did not take any repair or probiotics. The products has helped maintain my weight in the healthier way by absorbing the right amount of nutrition and vitamins. I am able to feel more energetic, happier, and HEALTHIER without excercising!
