My name is Dominique Ellis and growing up I was over weight and because of this people would try to pick on me and I got into a lot of fights and trouble as a result. When I entered middle school I began playing football and became more active. Prior to this I had a terrible diet eating a lot of fried chicken and other fried foods because I could only what my grandmother made. I would also have between 4-6 bowls of cereal a day with milk just to paint a picture. But with playing football I began to take my health and weight more seriously. As I entered high school I continued to play and maintain a healthy weight. Until a few days after my 17th birthday when I was stabbed 3 times and 1 of which penetrated my lung. As a result of my injuries I was no longer able to participate in organized sports and at this point football was my life so I lost all hope for a while.
Even though I could no longer play I eventually got over it and went on with life. Which became hectic with attending college full time and working fulltime I could no longer workout the way I wanted and was constantly eating fast food or whatever I could because I was always on the go. Then my friend introduced me to the product line and I began to become more health conscience than ever. But it wasn't until we launched the challenge that I really took my health and fitness seriously.
Before the challenge I weighed 130 lbs. after the challenge I weighed 135. I took 3 Yor Shakes a day 1 with my breakfast and 1 before and after going to the gym. I would also take a complete burn before my workout I took the other products as outlined in the products usage video. My fiancée and tried to work out 3-7 days a week depending on the week but at least 3. I thrive on competition this is why I believe I excelled in football and in every opportunity I get to compete in. The 8 Week Challenge has really given me that feeling of confidence I use to feel going into the gym knowing that I'm working out for a cause far greater than myself. Many of my friends and family have seen the difference and have changed their habits so to me even if I don't win a challenge I know I have inspired my loved ones and in the future many more to live healthier happier lifestyles and that to me is priceless.
I also want to thank the company and the leaders and Dennis for the opportunity to compete, my fiancée and business partner for keeping me goal conscience, and my team because with out them and the competition it wouldn't mean as much.
