Back at it again with another 8-week Challenge. This is my second time round and I'm as excited as ever! I was really pumped for this challenge when I entered for the first time. I didn't know what to expect but I ended up winning 2nd place in group #66. What made me continue to do the challenge was that it had led me to build a foundation for my health journey. The challenge no longer felt like it was something I had to force myself into because it became natural to me after the first round. I have become routined to continue taking YorHealth products on a day to day basis.
What motivated me to stay in this journey was that I can always make improvements on myself. Knowing that I'm capable of getting 2nd place means that 1st place should be my next goal. My extreme competitiveness is the drive to satisfaction, and I'll never be satisfied no matter how far I go.
YorHealth has been boosting my day, every day, for as long as I've been accustomed to using the products.
I felt energized and saw results from utilizing the Full Circle of Health. I was in the gym 6 days a week and I wasn't just improving physically but mentally as well. The key really is just consistency. I wanted to build muscles and I've finally reached my goal to 160lbs from 150lbs.
Every morning before breakfast I mix the YOR Berryblast, YOR Supergreens, and YOR Fiber Plus, and a drop of lemon BARE Oils into a drink, which assisted me with high-level energy and focus throughout the day.
During the day, I take 2 YOR Essential Vitamins before meals and 1 YOR Digestive Ultra during meals.
In between meals I like taking the YOR Shake as a healthy snack to avoid hunger, and another serving for after workouts. In addition to that, I use the peppermint BARE Oils for my joints and muscles prior and after workouts. This did wonders for me, especially trying to lift heavy weights!
Lastly, I like to maintain a strong immune system and repair my muscle fibers by taking 1 YOR Probiotics and 1 YOR Repair Ultra before going to bed.
