"Growing up as a child I always had a passion for kickboxing and I have always been athletic. My life really took a turn for the worst when my grandmother passed and that put my family in a financial crisis that left my entire family homeless. I can’t even begin to explain what being homeless is like, let alone being homeless for 7 long years. I felt like I had died! The worst was during the winter when I had no shelter in the freezing cold or even a bite to eat when my stomach was growling. My health was rapidly deteriorating. I knew I was malnutrition. My digestion was not working correctly. I was always tired with very low energy. After seven years of being homeless and countless days of praying for something to happen. I stop believing and I gave up on life. Things are never going to change for me. I finally understood the meaning of hitting rock bottom!


One day I was in a comic book store. I randomly started talking to a stranger, that years later would become a very dear friend of mine. My life was about to change! God finally answered my prayers. This stranger introduced me to YorHealth. This moment saved my life, literally. The YorHealth products helped me to get back on my nutrition. However I knew my health was still not in good condition. I saw the 8 week challenge as an opportunity to get my health back on track so I could persuade my dreams of kickboxing. And after 8 weeks of being in the challenge, I have more energy, my digestion is back on track, I was able to trim down 8 lbs. of body fat, and gain 12 lbs. of lean muscle mass. I feel better today at 30 years old, then when I was at 21! All I did was take the complete yorhealth line as directed. I exercise 3 – 4 times a week and eat correctly. This challenge has proven to me that age is just a number. It doesn't matter how old you are. You are never too old to get to your dream body. This challenge has given me the mentality to never give up on your goals and dreams. Today I am currently training for my first kickboxing match.
