My name is Danny Chau, I'm from Boston, MA.

Like many of us, we fall off from our good habits. I recently fell off for a few months, just going through the motion, skipping days at the gym. Not doing the things I knew I was suppose to do. I didn't feel good about myself, I had no motivation nor the energy to exercise. I knew what I wanted, but just didn't know how..

My diet was terrible, I was always tired. I had some physical results but internally I wasn't healthy. And to be honest, I was scared to push myself again and get back on it. When I first heard about the 8 Week Challenge, what initially attracted me to the challenge and product line was that they made it simple for us. They took care of the difficult part, our nutrition and absorption! Today, the average person doesn't get enough nutrition from their diet, and I knew I wasn't either.. I had decided to take control of my health!

I knew I had to do the 8 week challenge again. What I love about the challenge is that it helps us create healthy habits. We all know how difficult it is to get back into the swing of thing. Once I started using the products, I immediately felt more energy. My personal favorite is the YOR Supergreens, the supergreens helps me start my day the right way. I have tried the whole line and have to say, I love them all!!

The first two weeks were tough, but fortunately I was able to push through it with the Complete Burn and Super Slim. The Muscle Energy is a game changer! They gave me the boost I needed. By the end of the 4 weeks, I felt myself feel a lot more confident and strong throughout the day. I was seeing my gains and strength come back again. By the end of the challenge, my cardio was through the roof and my body felt like it was about to peak!

8 weeks wasn't actually a long time, it went by pretty fast! The next challenge will be even better!
