Happy Tuesday YOR Health Family!
As always, I am very enthousiastic about the products, the philosophy of the company and their great support which I receive, being in the Professional Spotlight as an athlete. Even if I have already had some success in my country as Miss Switzerland Handicap (I am an Ambassador for diabled people), having written a book and having taken part twice at the World Equestrian Games, I will never stop learning, to do my best to improve and aiming forward to the next goal. In fact, this was a very challenging time. I was able to make several “lifestyle” changes while I moved a lot...
First of all, I would like to tell you the fantastic news I got during my 8-week challenge: I qualified a slot for Switzerland at the next Paralympic Games Rio 2016!!! I am so happy and grateful to everybody who had been integrated in my life the last five years. A magic experience is going to happen!
During the challenge, I had an international competition. One week abroad. That means not only a lot of prep (horse riding; not too much fitness not to be over-trained). Being away from home is not easy for good nutrition. I did my best and with the products, I am still feeling strong in order to compete!
Apart from good results, my coach at the gym says that I am improving while I feel more confident with the weights ? Thanks to the challenge, I am aiming to a goal and I get some results. I feel more confident, more strenghtful and it also has a mental impact for competitions: I feel more powerful.
In addition to the horse riding sessions, I went to the gym. In the beginning, I trained each muscle group once/twice a week. However, when I am at competition, there is no gym. Being back, I need to recover during a week. Even if I have an unregular schedule, I was able to put on some muscles thanks to YOR Health which motivated me to have a propoer nutrition and a good lifestyle.
I started my days either with a superblast (supergreens, fiber and berryblast) or with a YOR shake which is delicious. While putting on muscles, I tried to do all advice given every day on the mobile YOR best body app! It helped me changing some lifestyle habits. I took shakes every time after sports. Then, with every meals, I have a YOR digest ultra, vitamins and calcium-magnesium which are part of the swiss product line. At bedtime, I take YOR probiotics. Of course, which Iuse to recover is YOR Repair ultra which helps me a lot – due to my very busy schedule, I cannot rest enough at times. I definitely feel its positive impact.
Above all, I included YOR Bare Oils in my fitness program! I love them. I sometimes add a drop of lemon to my supergreen or peppermint to my shake, it is delicious. Moreover, my apartment smells really good now and I love it. I always have them with me when travelling to.
Following my objectives, I manage now the pressure I sometimes felt that I had to eat (sugar most of the time). The oils helped me to focus and to relax, and the fact of adding more shakes over the day, made me eat normally.
I will sign up to the Challenge again: I would like to reach further goals and to continue improving physically. As I get stronger, I gain in balance and stability on the horse. Therefore, YOR Health is definitely part of my success in horse riding!
