Starting off with this particular challenge I came in wanting to simply finish because in previous attempts I had not really finished all the way. More than anything I wanted to come out of this challenge becoming a better me in mind body and spirit. I was able to do things I have not been able to or had dared to do to improve my health. one of those things was to do Yoga. It wasn't what a strong once water polo athlete would consider to cut down fat and build muscle. I also decided to fight more of my cravings even though my eating habits had been very bad. This challenge I was able to buy a Sculpt set along with lemon oil to cleanse my body so that the body shredding system my body originally has could start up. the first 4 weeks I really focused on taking my Yor Supergreens by day during the afternoon and my probiotics upon rising like instructed. With every meal I took and depended on the YOR digestive enzymes to ease the bloating and make sure all my digestive needs were met. As I started to gently take the YOR Fiber plus I started to notice faster and easier bowel movements and not to be too descriptive but even the bad smells of the restroom visits started to feel more and more deodorized. Having a job and trying to build a business and manage a long distance relationship had not been easy as I also tried to manage time to work out. I noticed right away my energy started to improve and I could make a little more out of my days. Weeks 4 to week 8 of my challenge is when I really incorporated taking 2 to 3 YOR shakes a day and one meal whatever that meal could be since I was out driving meeting people right after work and it would mean late night arrivals and early morning rises with little to no time to cook healthy meals. As I got busier I knew I needed energy boost so that's where Berry blast came in for me especially since coffee has too much sugar and most of the time that added creamer. This time Berry Blast was a blast and distinct because now I had lemon oil and peppermint oil as well for a softer cooler flavor and not to mention better fresher breath. The last part of my challenge from week 4 to 8 I started to also take the YOR Superslim which works amazingly especially when I couldn't really tell how it worked but I started to see how less and less hungry I became in between meals. Needless to say even though I had lots of limitations as most might have too the amazing YOR Health product line make it easier to save money on food and make sure I didn't gain weight but even lose some fat and I could honestly say build strength and muscle. I am glad I took this challenge again and I am ready for another round back to back.
