Hi everyone my name is Michelle and I am so happy to announce that I completed another 8 week challenge. I'm very proud of myself, but of course this challenge came with personal challenges. I unfortunately had my vehicle stolen one night from the gym parking lot and felt very stressed out. I lost 5lbs in one week and wasn't able to go to the gym for almost 3 full weeks. But a huge thank you to all my friends and family especially the Yorhealth community who was going with me to the gym so I wouldn't go alone because I was scared that something else could happen to either my new car or myself. I lost some muscle, but was able to gain 2 lbs back and now weighing in at 125lbs. At first I thought loosing the 5lbs was a good thing until I noticed how week I felt and didn't have much energy, but now since I've been back to the gym and eating healthy again, I feel energized and ready to conquer my next challenge.
Of course this challenge wouldn't have been a success without my supplements. I took the following Yorhealth products daily; 1 probiotic at night, 1 digest ultra with each meal, 2 scoops of the vanilla shake, 2 scoops of the supergreens (my favorite), 1 scoop of Fiber, and 3 vitamins in the morning. I began exercising 5 to 6 times a week the first 2 weeks, but then due to my car challenge I was out of the gym for 3 weeks. The last 3 weeks of my challenge I went about 4 to 5 times a week. I always did at least 30 mins of Cardio and then lifted weights to target my back, arms, glutes, and legs. I have realized that every challenge comes with new challenges, but it's how we react to our challenges that make a huge difference. This challenge has taught me to stay strong, find new solutions and understand your reasons why you always push to succeed. My goal is obtain overall good health and physique. I know that I'm surround by the right people, right products, and that I will achieve my ultimate goal in no time. Thank you sooooo much Yorhealth for your products and all your support!!!
