Hello, my name is Justin Leonetti, and I have been involved with Yor Health for close to 2 years. When I first joined the 8 week challenge I had the goal of gaining lean muscle mass, and I was doing just that. Being a martial artist, I'm not afraid of working hard and pushing "till broke," but I was never really able to notice a difference in my physical results. I would always be about the same weight and body tone. With my first cycle of the challenge, I was able to put on about 7 pounds of lean muscle mass; something I've never done, even going through the military.

What made the biggest difference for me was the products. They allowed me to recover quickly and gain results faster then every before. I would do P-90x prior to Yor Health and it would take days at a time to recover, but now.... before I go to bed....ah! In fact, because I was taking my health more seriously, it inspired others to join the challenge as well.

About halfway through this cycle of the challenge, a friend asked to join the challenge to prepare for a 5k obstacle course, but also wanted support to accomplish it. I decided to switch up my goals to help empower him. We have been training and running several times a week.

I used to dread running. I don't really know what about it I didn't like, maybe the monotony, maybe just getting up early, but now, I look forward to it because of the camaraderie; because of anticipation and fun of running in the Zombie race with my friends.

There's something about the challenge that just changes lives. Even though I fell short on my personal goal, so much more has happened for me on a mental and relationship level. I may not have the physical transformation I originally looked for, but in its place, I've become more aware of my eating habits, made new & stronger friendships, actually enjoy running, and have built a few communities inspired to do something about their health and strive to really improve it.

Oh, and perhaps even started a movement..... :)
