Hi, my name is Daniel Ramos.
I am very passionate about working out as well as helping others.
When I got introduced to Yor health about 2 months ago, I was pretty hesitate and a little skeptic at first. Because of all my knowledge and experience in supplements from managing different nutrition shops, I thought I knew it all. After doing my own research I kept seeing nothing but positive feedback. What really caught my attention was the Yor digest product in the way I got introduced to it with the pudding test. I was amazed just from that. So, I decided to try out all the products and at the same time enter the 8-week challenge.
Before starting the challenge, I would workout at least 5 to 6 times a week. I really didn't have a goal in mind until the challenge. Obviously starting the challenge, I kept the same routine. I was already eating well but not as clean as I should have. During the Challenge My intake in food was every 3-4 hours a day which was 5-6 meals a day. Consist of lean protein, like chicken, fish, ground turkey and eggs. Good complex carbohydrates like sweet potatoes, red potatoes, brown rice, lentils, and quinoa. Good fats like Avocado, almonds, walnuts, and seeds. Lots of many different vegetables, but my main ones were always broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower and carrots.
By joining the 8 week challenge I have defiantly gotten more motivated and have something to work towards, which is not only to compete and hopefully win first second or third but to also be an example to others that they can also take on the challenge and be the great example for everyone else.
During the Yor 8-week best body challenge I took every supplement. I went from 178lbs to a solid 170lbs. by dropping 8 lbs I got much leaner and at the same time gained muscle. I got more definition in my legs and everywhere else.
My workouts everyday consisted of 2 different muscle groups per day.
For Example - combination of chest and back then the next day legs and shoulders.
3-4 days out of the week I would do HIT workouts which is high intensity training workouts.
For Example 4 different exercises - 20 push ups,20 pull ups 20 sit ups and 20 squats all back to back 30 seconds one workout then rest for 30 seconds then do the next workout for 30 seconds work then 30 seconds rest and so on for 4 times each. Great workout to help build the lean muscle that you want and at the same time burn that unwanted fat.
This is how I took everything in combination throughout the day. –
Yor Probiotics – 1 per day every morning.
Yor berry blast – 2 times a day. Always right before my workout and 1 more for throughout the day to replace any other type of non-healthy caffeine filled drink.
Yor muscle energy – 1 serving during every workout
Yor Digest Ultra – 1 in the morning after breakfast and 1 in the afternoon after another meal.
Yor super greens. – 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving after my last meal of the day or before bed.
Yor Repair Ultra – 1 serving before my workout and 1 serving after my workout.
Yor Shake – 1 serving right after every workout and 1 serving with my breakfast. This in combination with Yor repair has really helped not only repair my muscles from the workouts but has also helped me keep going the next day without having much soreness as before.
Yor super slim – 1 capsule before breakfast, 1 capsule before one of my meals throughout the day and 1 capsule before my workouts.
Yor fiber plus – 1 serving every morning and 1 serving every night in combination with the Yor super greens each time. (Really good)
Yor essential Vitamins – 1 serving every morning
All I can say is I can defiantly see a difference not only from the way i look within 8 weeks but more importantly from the inside.
No matter if I place or not in the competition I know that by taking on this and taking every product has significantly made a difference in my life.
