Hi my name is Emma sanchez,
I decided to join the YOR best body challenge for fun,all I wanted was to improve my digestion,since this one has slowdown a lot years ago, but never had imagine this challenge will lead me to create a well balanced discipline incorporating a much wiser meal options and having a daily workout Monday to Friday,sometimes twice a day!!! An hour long each time,Due to the energy the products give me day after day.

I have always been a thick girl,focusing on the number the scale shows and by that thinking that most of it is fat,but what I can definitely tell you is that a scale will never let you know accurately if your weight number is water retention,fat,muscle,bone density,(unless you are using one that you really trust? ) in my case I build muscle which weight more than fat and I'm ok with it because I no longer care as much what the scale shows, I'm now in the process of discovering the healthier version of me,I know I'm loosing fat since my tight clothes are now getting loose and my body is also toning little by little,and sure you will agree this can't be fat.

Internally my body achieve a big change,before YOR I had a very poor digestion,practically force myself to somehow exercise at least 2 or 3 times per week,I crave sweets like there was no tomorrow,wasn't consuming enough fruits &veggies and was often exhausted BUT NOW ... I can not be happier YOR has giving me the opportunity to experience once again what it feels to have a good digestion,all day long lasting energy,having a motivation and by that I meant to be eager to workout and feed my body nutritious food and also letting go effortlessly the cravings for sweets is easy now.

As a daily routine I took my probiotic and repair on an empty stomach then my YOR super slim, waited 30 min. Before I fix myself a YOR shake mix with YOR greens for breakfast not forgetting my intake of YOR essential vitamins.

I will take my YOR super slim 30 min. Before my lunch in which I usually consumed a good portion of protein,vegetables and complex carbohydrates to give my body extra energy,I always drink water but make it fun by adding flavor using some of the essential bare oils drops,such as grapefruit ,Lemmon ,peppermint,etc.
As I knew this ones will help my body internally too.
And once again took my vitamins at lunch.

I took YOR berry blast before my afternoon workout specially if I had already workout in the morning.

My dinner was pretty much my YOR shake mix with YOR fiber and my YOR essential vitamins,there were nights when I felt the desire to eat solid food and sure I did but i ate what it was good for my body.

And last but not least my YOR repair before bed as this will help repair wherever my body needs during the night to be ready for the next day and the challenges this bring.
